Died: April 7, 1951, Picuris Pueblo, NM, USA

According to his service records, PFC Manuel Martinez enlisted in the US Army on June 30, 1942. Martinez served with the 469 Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battalion. After the war, Martinez returned to his home at the Picuris Pueblo. The Albuquerque Tribune reported on April 7, 1951 that Martinez was killed in a brawl at Picuris Pueblo.¹
