US Army Private, Juan Climaco Baca, was born on March 29th, 1897, in Socorro, New Mexico. Baca enlisted in the Army at the age of 15 and served in World War I. After his service, Baca worked as a plasterer. He passed away in September of 1976 in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the age of 73.
