Marion Lovett served in the Army Nurse Corps in New Guinea and the Philippines during World War II.1 Her service transferred to the Air Force Corps in 1949 when she moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico.1 In 1952, Lovett ended her military career.1
Lovett was born Marion Jeanne Pace to Mita R. and Raymond B. Pace. She grew up in Louisiana and attended school in Houston.1 She eventually married William S. Lovett and they had two children together: Jeanne and William Jr.1
